In the end what matters more, CONSEQUENCES OR PRINCIPLE

If I will choose in what matters most between consequences or principle, I will choose consequences. Because in reality life we have to break our principle for the sake of our curiousity and having experience doing it we made mistakes and regret comes last in doing such cruelty and being socialize in life. We tackle on how to think that it is right but suddenly its wrong. some person that is close to our life said something to realize our mistakes and to wake up to reality and to change the wrong things that we done and to correct it and to learned to our mistakes. For example after experience awful trauma in choosing your consequence a new you follow up and you focus to your principle because you realize that we are not perfect but we can do our best for a change.
